    Whether you are interested in psychotherapy or wellness coaching, it’s important you feel that I am a good choice for you. I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation in which we can discuss where you are, and I can answer any questions you may have. To schedule a free phone consultation, contact me via phone or email and leave a few days and times that work for you. I will respond within 24 hours.

    SESSION FEES

    • Initial Individual Session – $195
    • On-Going Individual Psychotherapy Sessions – $175
    • Coaching Sessions – $160/ 45 minutes

    Special Sessions or Requests such as Interventions, Family meetings, Lawyer face-to-face meetings, Document Preparation and Travel time will be charged at my hourly rate of $175.

    Coaching sessions are not insurance reimbursable.  Discounts may be offered for a series of sessions paid in advance.

    INSURANCE

    Always check with your insurance company to confirm that I am on their panel.

    Out of Network:

    • You will be asked to make your payment and then submit a super bill which I will gladly provide.  This should help you to offset the fee for service for each session.

    NOTE: Most insurance policies have a deductible that must be met before your insurance company will make payments.  Please check with your company, prior to your first appointment to find out more.
